Catherine Liu

Catherine graduated from Bowdoin College in 2019 where she majored in biochemistry and mathematics. At Bowdoin College, she worked part-time as an EMT and participated in the symphony orchestra, where she played the flute. Catherine was heavily involved in scientific research through her undergraduate years, and she even spent a summer in Germany studying acute myeloid leukemia at Kiel University. Catherine also has many years of experience teaching and mentoring students. She has served as a math tutor since high school, helping countless students grasp complex math concepts. In addition, she has professional teaching experience, having taught math at a charter school for several months. Catherine is excited to bring her expertise in the MCAT and her passion for teaching to her role as an MCAT tutor.
