James Farah was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended Bolles High School where he was a rower for 4 years. James attended Florida State University and studied biology and music. At his time at FSU, he did research in a molecular biochemistry lab working on the CRISPR protein structure. After graduating, James immediately attended SGU where he found his passion for tutoring. James has won multiple student voted teaching awards for outstanding tutoring. He has received honors in all his clinical rotations and scored above 250 on all of his board examinations. He has been teaching a variety of subjects, focusing on physiology and biochemistry. James has matched into interventional radiology residency at the university of Florida. In his free time, he enjoys playing any of the five instruments he plays, playing basketball, boxing, and fishing.
