Dr. Gribben hails from Valley Stream, New York, having graduated as salutatorian from her high school. She pursued her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Nutrition at Cornell University, distinguishing herself by graduating in the top 1% as a Merrill Presidential Scholar. At Cornell, Dr. Gribben delved into translational research focusing on the neuroscience of memory and cognition. Beyond her academic pursuits, she was actively engaged on campus, taking roles as a peer mentor, anatomy and physiology teaching assistant, and SAT/ACT and science tutor.

Before attending medical school, she honed her clinical skills in an academic emergency department, initiating and executing sepsis-related quality improvement and research projects.

At the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Dr. Gribben's commitment to academic excellence continued. Not only did she score above the 95th percentile on both Step 1 and Step 2 CK exams, but she also garnered honors across her clinical rotations. She dedicated herself to research, studying compassion fatigue, burnout in healthcare professionals, and clinical outcomes in surgical patients. Dr. Gribben further served her peers by tutoring and mentoring.

She is currently advancing her medical career with a residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell. Outside the professional realm, she relishes dancing, immersing herself in literature, and savoring New York City's culinary delights alongside friends and family. At her core, Dr. Gribben remains deeply committed to teaching, mentorship, and empowering students with tailored strategies to achieve their academic goals.
