Dr. Weisholtz's journey in medicine and education is as eclectic as it is impressive. After conquering the rigors of Stanford University with honors in both biological sciences and chemistry—while diving deep into German Humanities—she set off on a year-long adventure in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar. There, she explored the intricacies of German culture and indulged in its culinary delights.

Returning to the U.S., Dr. Weisholtz entered the prestigious MD/PhD program at Harvard Medical School, specializing in neuroscience. During her time as a student, she served as a member of the Harvard-MIT admissions committee for MD and MD-PhD programs, gaining invaluable insight into the admissions process. This experience provided her with a unique perspective on what top medical programs look for in applicants.

Dr. Weisholtz's love for teaching was evident as she guided students through the complex worlds of renal pathophysiology and introductory surveys of neuroscience. Her dedication to education is further demonstrated by her certificate in medical education from the Association of Medical Education in Europe (AMEE).

Bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and worldly wisdom to MedSchoolCoach, Dr. Weisholtz helps students navigate their medical journey with the same enthusiasm she had for German pastries. Her commitment to mentorship and passion for education make her an invaluable resource for aspiring physicians.
