    Dr. Comfort was part of the admissions committee at USC Keck interviewing candidates.

    Dr. Comfort graduated with a Bachelors in Chemistry with Honors from New York University. She then switched coasts and completed her medical degree from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine. During that time, she was a private tutor for USMLE Step 1 and led peer-review based tutoring sessions. She scored >250 on both USMLE Step 1 and USMLE Step 2. She also interviewed students for the admissions committee, interviewing dozens of candidates for medical school and giving extensive feedback to the admissions committee. Dr. Comfort is currently an Obstetrics and Gynecological resident at New York University School of Medicine, where she won the Best Resident Teacher award her PGY-2 year. Her interests lie in minimally invasive gynecological surgery.

    FUN FACT

    Dr. Comfort was the head of her acappella group in medical school - called "Chorda Tympani". They arranged music and performed at multiple functions, including caroling at the hospitals during the holidays.
