Master USMLE TutorDan received honors in all his clinical rotations and scored a 259 on Step 1. When tutoring, he shares his tricks of maximizing scores by applying good study techniques with excellent test taking skills and high-yield knowledge.
Dan is an experienced tutor with a passion for helping his students. He attended Columbia University in New York City as a double major in biology and dance. While there, he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa society in his senior year and received departmental honors. He graduated summa cum laude and then spent time tutoring students extensively for the MCAT as well as high school and college courses, helping students achieve their full potential. When tutoring, he shares his tricks of maximizing scores by applying good study techniques with excellent test taking skills and high-yield knowledge. Dan then matriculated to the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons where he excelled, receiving honors in all of his clinical rotations. He scored a 259 on Step 1 and 261 on Step 2.
Dan has presented research in sickle cell retinopathy at multiple national meetings and published two first author papers on sickle cell retinopathy in pediatric populations, including in the American Journal of Ophthalmology. He plans to pursue pediatrics for residency and looks forward to helping more students navigate the USMLE exams.
