    Fraulin graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Albany, majoring in biology. He earned a PhD in genetics from Columbia University. He has over seven years of experience in teaching and one-on-one tutoring. He has taught human genetics at the City College of New York where he continues to work as an adjunct assistant professor, and has tutored undergraduate-level students in biology, chemistry, and physics. He has also worked as a mentor guiding students on how to achieve both personal and academic success at SUNY Albany.

    In addition to teaching college level courses, Fraulin has experience as an after school STEM Instructor for elementary school students. He has helped develop engaging, hands-on lessons on the topics of computer coding, robotics, life sciences, engineering, and video game design.

    Fraulin enjoys creating fun science lesson plans both at school for STEM programs and for his four-year-old daughter at home.
