Jessica Liu
TutorBio goes here.
Jessica (she/her) graduated from Yale with a bachelor of science degree in molecular biochemistry and biophysics and a certificate in programming (computer science). At Yale, Jessica enjoyed her research in genomic and clinical bioinformatics. Beyond academics, Jessica is a proud Houstonian who spent her past summers watching (and sometimes helping with) open heart surgeries at the Texas Medical Center while preparing for the MCAT.
As an MCAT tutor, Jessica focuses on creating tailored action plans for tough question types. In addition, she eagerly shares her tips that took her chemistry/physics (C/P) section from sub-125 to 132 and helps students cultivate an enthusiasm for mastering the biology/biochemistry and C/P sections.
If there is one thing Jessica's undergraduate studies taught her, it was how to balance school and several part-time jobs. She is looking forward to helping students balance their busy schedule and achieve their target MCAT score.
