Jessica York

Jessica is a senior at Georgetown University, graduating in the spring of 2022. She is majoring in Biochemistry and minoring in Theology. She works in a biochemistry research lab on campus which studies intrinsically disordered Myc proteins. She is currently completing her honors thesis in the lab. Her experience studying both the sciences and the humanities enables her to help students develop critical thinking and reading skills to succeed across all sections of the MCAT. As an MCAT tutor, Jessica will work to leverage student's strengths as well as target weaknesses to create the most effective and efficient study plan for each individual. She will use her MCAT content and strategy knowledge to present concepts to each student in a clear way. As a student-athlete at Georgetown, Jessica also understands the importance of balance and looks forward to helping each student navigate the difficult MCAT preparation process with as little stress as possible.
