Writing AdvisorMadison has several years of experience working with applicants to graduate school and highly competitive programs such as FLAS fellowships, Fulbright, the Critical Language Scholarship, JET, and the Peace Corps.
Madison graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio with a BA in international studies and history. While at school, she greatly enjoyed her work as a writing advisor and a Russian language tutor. She then spent one year in Tashkent, Uzbekistan as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. She attended the University of Pittsburgh for graduate school where she earned her masters in public and international affairs. While there, she served on the Pitt Policy Journal Editorial Board for two years, and interned in Poland.
Madison has loved the travel and the cross-cultural experiences that have come with working and living in different countries. She believes they are excellent opportunities to become more adaptable and resilient, expand one's horizons, forge new connections, and practice empathy. Similarly, she love the process of writing and all the challenges that entails, and enjoys collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals.
